Stephen Graham - inspirations
Born in Kirby, 1973, Stephen Graham has since become a recognisable face, home and across the pond, due to his fine acting career, making him one of the biggest actors in Britain today.

With humble beginnings in television programmes, Graham got his first big break in Guy Ritchie's hugely popular 2000 crime film 'Snatch' and then even went on to perform in Martin Scorsese's 'Gangs of New York'.

However, Graham's first role that really cemented his place as the cream of the acting crop and showed off his talents was Shane Meadows' social realism drama 'This is England', in which he plays terrifying 1980s skinhead 'Combo' (a role that he has reprised in mini-series' 'This is England '86' and 'This is England '88', to much acclaim).

Since then, he has been a favourite, go-to guy for American filmmakers seeking reliable and talented British actors, starring alongside Johnny Depp in 'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides' and portraying Al Capone in HBO's critically acclaimed television drama series 'Boardwalk Empire'.

Stephen Graham is certainly an actor to look out for.
